On December 10, the Green Sustainable Development Conference (2022) and the China-EU High-level Forum on Sustainable Development opened in Taicang. With the theme of "Green Digital Collaborative Transformation and China‘s Practice", the conference was co-hosted by the Chinese China Civil Affairs Institute and the China Industrial Cooperation Economics Association, and hosted by the China-Europe Carbon Neutrality Office, the International Economic and Technical Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Taicang Municipal People‘s Government. Liang Zhenying, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People‘s Political Consultative Conference, Xie Zhenhua, China‘s Special Envoy for Climate Change, Laurent Fabius, President of the French Constitutional Committee and Chairman of the Paris Climate Change Conference, former Prime Minister of France, Frans Timmermans, Executive Vice President of the European Commission, and Wang Chao, President of the Chinese Civil Affairs Society, delivered speeches at the opening ceremony online or offline. Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. was invited to this meeting as the representative of the 2022 China-Europe carbon neutral innovation cooperation demonstration project, and Ma Yiming, founder of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and signed the cooperation agreement on the spot.

The signing and release ceremony of the 2022 China-EU Carbon Neutral Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Project was held at the meeting. In order to promote pragmatic cooperation between China and the EU in green and low-carbon policies, technologies and industries, and form a new development model of green and sustainable carbon neutrality that can be replicated and promoted, the China-EU Carbon Neutrality Cooperation Project Office has implemented the China-EU Carbon Neutrality Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Project for key cities, regions and industry organizations around the world. Previously, the China-Europe Carbon Neutrality Cooperation Project Office released the results of the 2022 China-EU Carbon Neutrality Innovation Cooperation Demonstration Project, and Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd.‘s project "Double Carbon Recyclable Technology Helps the Home Appliance Industry Chain Achieve ABS Closed-loop High-value Breakthrough and Industrialization Innovation" became one of the 28 selected demonstration projects.

rABS closed loop in the field of home appliances
Application & Innovation
The selected project is aimed at the high-value application and industrialization innovation of Topcentral® core product IBISS®rABS® in the home appliance industry chain. At present, the number of waste home appliances is growing rapidly, the recycling rate is low, has caused serious environmental pollution problems, Topcentral® through high-value recycling technology and equipment technology innovation, combined with carbon financial services, through digital traceability technology to achieve ABS in the field of home appliances closed-loop application and innovation.
IBISS®
The project is expected to add more than 5,000 tons of waste ABS to the efficient recovery and recycling every year, which will help promote the future carbon reduction of 10 million tons per year in the home appliance industry. The performance of EBISS IBISS®rABS products from Topcentral® is comparable to that of ABS new materials and has a more significant actual carbon reduction contribution, which can perfectly replace the use of new materials, reduce carbon emissions by more than 83.3%, and further reduce the negative impact of oil extraction and greenhouse effect.
In addition to IBISS®rABS, Topcentral® has successfully developed PCR PC®rPC, TC-Rester®rPET, Nairong®rPA and other recycled functional material products, with a total of tens of thousands of tons of recycled plastics, the products are strictly implemented in accordance with RoHS/REACH/FDA and other standards, ™and have passed GRS®/UL2809/TUV/ITE/OBP/zero carbon certification. The use of blockchain technology can realize the traceability of the entire industry chain, provide carbon footprint and carbon emission accounting related data, and reduce carbon emissions by up to 91.6%. Some products have achieved zero carbon [cradle to gate], and can provide a full range of customized system solutions according to customer customization requirements.
While continuing to explore green development, Jianfeng ® is also constantly improving the path of digital collaborative transformation. Through digital innovation technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial Spy™ intelligence, Topcentralindustrial chain™ blockchain and data security, Topcentral® Cloud digital intelligent innovation management platform is built to efficiently integrate the entire industrial chain including waste plastic recycling, pretreatment, functional granulation and downstream end-customer applications, and convert post-consumer waste plastics into green high-value functional materials for re-application to the market, so as to realize the high-value recycling of waste plastics, thereby helping the upgrading and transformation of the recycling industry.
