Enterprises are the main body of intellectual property creation, application, management and protection, and improving the level of intellectual property management of enterprises is an important guarantee for enhancing their independent innovation ability, and it is also one of the core elements to enhance market competitiveness. In this context, Topcentral ^® attaches great importance to intellectual property management and scientific and technological innovation capacity building, formulates the intellectual property policy of "promoting the upgrading and development of the company with scientific and technological innovation, protecting the leading edge in the industry with intellectual property rights, and helping the company become an industry benchmark", establishes the long-term goal of "optimizing the layout of intellectual property rights, enhancing the offensive and defensive capabilities of the company‘s intellectual property rights, and consolidating the market position through intellectual property rights", releases process control procedures and management systems, and forms a documented management system.
