As two benchmark enterprises in Ningbo, Ningbo Jikron Automotive Smart Factory and Ningbo Wangtong Lock Co., Ltd., on May 30th, under the organization of the High Efficiency Technology Enterprise Association in Fenghua District, Ningbo, Topcentral^® We went to two companies together with member companies to carry out a 1-day smart factory research and learning activity, aiming to strengthen learning and exchange between member companies and excellent enterprises. By learning advanced management experience and excellent courses for entrepreneurs, we can improve the level of enterprise management and promote scientific and technological innovation in enterprises.

#Entering the Extreme Krypton Smart Factory#

The whole day research activity is divided into two time periods: morning and afternoon. In the morning, under the leadership of the person in charge of Ningbo Jikron Automotive Smart Factory, Topcentral^® We visited the intelligent manufacturing and digital workshop, product exhibition hall, and other areas of Jikron with our research team. Entering the intelligent manufacturing and digital workshop, almost no workers can be seen here. 703 fully automatic welding robots and nearly 200 AGC robots operate automatically, with a welding automation rate of 100%... A technological, efficient, and intelligent intelligent workshop is instantly displayed in front of us. Here, the digital system connects the entire manufacturing workshop, integrating intelligent manufacturing into every product and link in the production of Polaron cars. The product exhibition hall will directly showcase the technological innovation products of Geely Krypton, and the innovative, practical, and creative scientific and technological innovation products will be neatly displayed, making people immersive and attracting everyone‘s admiration for the scientific and technological charm of Geely Krypton cars.

After visiting the smart factory, the research team entered the conference and discussion stage, and the management of Jikru communicated and shared with everyone about the company‘s intelligent manufacturing, lean production, corporate culture, brand marketing, and other aspects. Through in-depth analysis by the management team of Extreme Krypton, Topcentral^® Fully understand the interrelationships between product and brand marketing, technological innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and lean production, as well as the key role of corporate culture and brand value in the operation and production of enterprises.

#Entering Wangtong Lock Digital Chemical Factory#

In the afternoon, the research team arrived at Ningbo Wangtong Lock Industry Company. Accompanied by Han Dong, we learned about the entire development process of Wangtong Lock Industry. Subsequently, Han Dong led the research team to visit the digital chemical factory of Wangtong Lock, to gain a comprehensive understanding of Wangtong Lock‘s 6S refined management and product production process. Scientific and standardized production management was unanimously recognized by the research team.

After visiting the digital chemical factory, Han Dong shared his business management strategies with the research team at a sharing and exchange meeting, focusing on two themes: being a leader in industry segmentation fields and sharing the experience of third-generation inheritance: the business management strategies for the sustainable development of private enterprises.

After a whole day of research and learning exchange, I met Topcentral^® In general, it can be said that the goods are fully received.
