Regarding the formulation of the "Group Standard"

The "Group Standard" mainly elaborates on the scope of application, normative references, terms and definitions, quality grading evaluation process, quality grading evaluation, and other aspects, aiming to dismantle plastic for existing discarded CRT televisions, discarded LCD televisions (monitors), discarded washing machines, discarded air conditioners, discarded computers, etc Waste refrigerators (freezers) shall be disassembled into five categories of plastic goods to determine the quality grading evaluation indicators, and the grades shall be divided according to the quality evaluation results.

Purpose of formulating the "Group Standard"

In response to the demand for the development of trade standards for waste electrical and electronic dismantling plastics in China, further establish and improve standardized quality grading evaluation, guide dismantling enterprises in sorting, packaging, and recycling, thereby improving the high-value recycling and application of waste electrical and electronic dismantling plastics, making the standard content scientific, reasonable, and applicable, and promoting the healthy development of the industry.

By conducting research on data, we aim to understand the practical difficulties of dismantling plastic waste electrical appliances and electronics, making the evaluation indicators of the "Group Standard" more practical, universal, and efficient, enhancing the management and convenient trading capabilities of enterprises, and reducing problems such as difficulty in classification, recycling, and low efficiency in carrying out the process of dismantling plastic waste electrical appliances and electronics.
