▶Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. received certifications for ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System from TÜV Rheinland, an independent international third-party testing, inspection, and certification organization. This achievement signifies a new milestone in Topcentral®’s quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management, marking further enhancement and strengthening of standardized management and risk control.
▶Topcentral® participated in the drafting of the standard "Determination of Terephthalic Acid Content in Post-Consumer Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (PCR PET) (Gas Chromatography Method)." Their involvement in national and group standard drafting, attributed to Topcentral®’s strong product capabilities and high service quality, received extensive recognition and commendation from industry peers, showcasing Topcentral®’s soft power and influence in the field.
▶On January 16th, the Trade Union Committee of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. was awarded as a Four-Star Active Grassroots Trade Union for 2022 in Fenghua District.
▶Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. was recognized as a key enterprise for intensive cultivation in Ningbo’s manufacturing industry single champion program, thanks to its green, low-carbon functional polycarbonate granules.
▶Topcentral®’s 2023 Talent Enhancement Program officially commenced on January 30th, with comprehensive explanations provided by colleagues from the company’s R&D Innovation Research Center. The training program, featuring centralized teaching, interactive discussions, and assessments, was closely aligned with the company’s development strategy. The curriculum, tailored to practical work needs, encompassed product knowledge, product development processes, 6S training, production operations, quality procedures, systems explanations, talent planning, and intellectual property rights.

▶On February 9th, the research team from Ningbo’s Bureau of Economy and Information Technology visited Topcentral® to conduct a special cultivation project for the "Specialized, Fine, Peculiar, and Innovative (SFPI) Little Giants" program. The aim was to deepen the cultivation of SFPI Little Giants, facilitating the fifth batch of national SFPI Little Giants in their application guidance and cultivation services, supporting Topcentral® in its transition from a "Little Giant" to a "True Giant."
▶On February 10th, Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. held a founding meeting for its Science and Technology Association. The ceremony was attended by Wang Yijian, Chairman of the Fenghua District Science and Technology Association in Ningbo, who also officiated the event.
▶From February 18th to 19th, the 7th "Topcentral Cup" China (Ningbo) Plastic Industry Technology and Market Summit Forum was successfully held in Ningbo. The conference, guided by Ningbo’s Bureau of Science and Technology and co-hosted by Ningbo’s Science and Technology Market, Zhejiang Province Plastic Engineering Society, and Ningbo Plastic Industry Association, was sponsored by Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd.
▶On February 25th, the inaugural meeting and the 2023 First China (Ningbo) New Energy Industry Summit Forum of the Ningbo New Energy Industry Chamber of Commerce were successfully held in Zhejiang, Ningbo. Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. was elected as a director unit of the chamber.
▶On February 28th, the 27th ChinaReplas2023 China Plastic Recycling and Regeneration Conference and the award ceremony for "Outstanding Enterprise in Plastic Recycling" and the "3rd Plastic Recycling and Regeneration Golden Apple Award" were grandly held. Topcentral® was honored with the "Golden Apple Award" again for its high-quality 100% PCR zero-carbon regenerated ABS material.
▶Also on February 28th, hosted by New Plastics Observation, the 27th ChinaReplas2023 China Plastic Recycling and Regeneration Conference was grandly held in Dongguan. In the first half of the conference, Storm Ma, the founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Topcircle® Achieves Carbon Neutrality in PCR Products with FreeCBO2® Assisting Industry Upgrades."

▶On March 2nd, the two-day 5th China International Plastic Recycling Exhibition concluded successfully at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center. Topcentral®’s grand appearance at booth A01, showcasing its excellent core products, received widespread acclaim from numerous professionals and visitors in the industry.
▶On March 9th, the 2023 Composite Materials Innovation Application Forum, themed "Focusing on the 14th Five-Year Plan and Igniting User Demand," was held in Ningbo. Storm Ma, the founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled "Exploration and Innovation of Topcentral’s Traceable Carbon Footprint Green Low-Carbon Environmental Materials in Automobile and New Energy."
▶On March 17th, the national standard "Reverse Logistics Service Evaluation Indicators," drafted under the leadership of Shanghai Second Industrial University with Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. as a principal drafting unit, was officially published. Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., as the main drafter, participated throughout the process of this national standard formulation.
▶On March 25th, an expert evaluation group authorized by the China Quality Association for the "Excellence Performance Evaluation Criteria" visited Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. for an assessment. Following the expert group’s evaluation, Topcentral® met the standards of "Excellence Performance Evaluation Criteria" GB/T 19580-2012 and successfully passed the assessment.

▶From April 17th to 20th, ChinaPlas2023 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition successfully concluded at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition, spanning four days, attracted nearly ten thousand visitors to Topcentral®’s booth 16B45 alone. Topcentral® seized the opportunity to simultaneously upgrade its brand and successfully launch new technologies, products, and applications.
▶On April 25th, the 2023 Green Low-Carbon Circular Innovation Summit, themed "Circular Zero-Carbon Digitalization: Boosting the ESG with a Regenerative Supply Chain," concluded successfully in Shanghai. The conference focused on topics such as sustainability assessment and practice in zero-carbon parks, high-value standard systems for circular low-carbon products, the connection between carbon trading and global plastic pollution management, and corporate ESG assessment and implementation. Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech on "Digital Cloud AI Technology Innovation in the Circular Regenerative Value Chain."
▶On April 27th, the 18th China Plastic Industry Research and Application Summit Forum concluded successfully at the Bohai International Hotel in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. The theme of the conference was "Green, Low-Carbon, and Circular." Mr. Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the conference. ▶After a rigorous evaluation by Green Lens officials, the "Topcentral® Green Low-Carbon Functional Materials Innovation and Demonstration Promotion" project was successfully selected as a Green Lens annual green case.
▶On May 9th, Topcentral® Home partnered with the Fenghua Red Cross and Tencent Charity to promote the initiative "A Home of Virtue Brings Enduring Happiness," inviting everyone to participate in charitable activities. Participants were encouraged to donate amounts based on their intentions. This event was supported by the Fenghua government.
▶On May 2nd, a roundtable on sustainable trade in plastics was held by the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting was by invitation only, and Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. participated online. Storm Ma, the founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., spoke at the meeting.
▶BEYOND Expo 2023 concluded successfully on May 12th at the Venetian Macao Convention and Exhibition Center. Themed "Technology Redefined," Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., engaged in discussions with many top business leaders, analyzing the current state and trends of the international market, and exchanged ideas on how the tech industry can better contribute to sustainable development.
▶From May 12th to 14th, the 27th CBE China Beauty Expo and CBESUPPLY Beauty Supply Chain Expo, themed "Sharing Global Innovation Resources," were grandly held at the Shanghai International Expo Center. Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. showcased a full range of beauty packaging recycled materials and innovative system solutions at booth W10K08.
▶The Third China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo and International Consumer Goods Expo were held in Ningbo from May 16th to 20th. On May 18th, a roundtable meeting for senior executives of multinational companies in Ningbo’s new materials industry was grandly held at the Ningbo International Convention Center. Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the meeting along with representatives of Ningbo’s private enterprises, Fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations, and leading domestic industry enterprises.
▶On May 26th, two patents of Topcentral® – "A Modified Organosilicon Flame Retardant and Its Application in Recycled Polycarbonate" and "A Transparent Recycled Polycarbonate Material and Its Preparation Method" – were successfully authorized by the National Intellectual Property Administration, becoming national invention patents.
▶Also on May 26th, a delegation from the Ningbo Development and Reform Commission visited Fenghua District to conduct a mid-term evaluation and research on the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan." Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the research symposium and made a statement.
▶On May 28th, the second session of the Asia Low-Carbon Technology and Innovation Conference and the Third National Carbon Neutrality and Green Development Conference concluded perfectly at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province. Dr. Abby, Senior R&D Manager of Topcentral®’s R&D Innovation Research Center, was invited to participate in the conference and delivered a speech on "Research and Efficient Industrialization of High-Value Applications of Low-Carbon Green Circular Recycled Polyester" at a related forum.
▶On May 31st, the 20th International Meeting of ISO/TC 297/WG2 "Waste Collection and Transport Vehicles" was held online by the International Organization for Standardization. Specialists from the reverse logistics standardization working group participated in this meeting and made statements.

▶On June 7th, a symposium focusing on the development of the Ningbo recycled resources manufacturing industry cluster in the new industrialization era was held. This meeting was organized by the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the City Federation of Industry and Commerce, involving industry entrepreneurs. Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., participated in the symposium.
▶The 4th National (Marine) Environmental Microplastics Pollution and Control Academic Symposium concluded in Shanghai on June 8th. The three-day event was organized by East China Normal University, the Shanghai Society for Oceanic and Limnology, and the Environmental Microplastics Working Group of the Chinese Society of Soil Science. The topics discussed were closely related to the recycling industry, and Topcentral® was invited to participate in this conference.
▶On June 13th, the working group from the China-Europe Carbon Neutrality Office visited Topcentral® to conduct a research study on China-Europe carbon neutrality innovative cooperation, aiming to select strategic partners for pilot projects. Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., along with other project participants, accompanied the group and presented the latest progress of the project.
▶The 2023 China Polycarbonate Industry Development Summit and the Second Biennial Council Meeting were successfully held in Wuxi on June 15th. The conference, themed "Innovation Leading Development," was attended by Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. He joined industry leaders to discuss strategies for the industry’s development.
▶Initiated by the China Material Recycling Association, the group standard "Quality Grading Evaluation and Acceptance of Dismantled Plastics from Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment," primarily drafted by Storm Ma, founder and CEO of Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., was officially published and implemented on June 28th. This standard, referred to as the "Group Standard," aims to guide the quality assessment and acceptance of recycled plastics from electronic waste.

▶Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd. passed an external audit and obtained the International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC PLUS). This certification covers 11 product types, including the Topcircle® series Pulitz® PCR PC®, IBISS® rABS, and Polypoy® rPP, offering valuable sustainable solutions for the recycled plastics industry. This responds to the growing global demand for sustainable materials in the circular plastics economy. Obtaining this certificate significantly boosts product R&D innovation and corporate development at Topcentral®.

▶The preliminary round of the 2023 "Zhongzhi Road" Yangtze River Delta High-Value Patent Operation Competition concluded, and Topcentral® successfully entered the top 100 with its technology for high-value recycling of waste ABS.
▶On November 7th, the 28th China Plastic Recycling and Regeneration Conference was held in Ningbo. The conference theme revolved around embracing the "Golden Era" or the calm before the "Major Change." ▶From November 24th to 26th, the 2023 (4th) China Plastic Industry Chain Summit Forum and China Plastic Green Intelligent Manufacturing Exhibition were held at the Shaoxing International Convention and Exhibition Center. Topcentral®’s ecological partners, the digital self-media service platform Bye Pinocchio™ and the first fully recycled zero-carbon digital consumption platform LiDa®, made their debut at this exhibition, achieving significant success.
