Through the recycling and utilization of waste plastics and other resources, as well as public welfare, environmental protection, and tourism economy, income has been generated. Up to now, hundreds of jobs have been provided, and fishermen can increase their annual income by nearly 10000 yuan.

At the same time, by establishing the CCER/CER global and Chinese special marine carbon reduction projects for the CBAM closed-loop system, we will further promote the establishment of various standards and solutions for closed-loop marine pollution control with global authoritative institutions such as TUV, UL, and the National Standards Committee. The regional geographical environment and reality have become the sources for creating an innovative ecological model for ocean pollution control as "ocean partners".
The "Ocean Partner" aims to solve the problems of difficult collection and low recycling rate of marine garbage. By building an integrated mechanism of recycling reduction, intelligent supervision, and value-added utilization, it realizes a sustainable and long-term ecological value chain for the collection, transportation, classification, regeneration, deep processing, and high-value application of marine pollutants, and improves the quality of marine ecological environment. Implemented in 2023, it has been 2 years since its implementation. As of now, more than 1600 tons of marine waste plastics and several waste oil and water have been recycled, and through deep processing and high-value application of waste plastics, high-quality utilization and sustainable long-term ecological value chain of the entire product industry chain have been achieved. Since the creation of the first "Ocean Partner" environmental protection cabin in 2023, 11 locations have been laid, covering coastal areas such as Fenghua, Yinzhou, Ninghai, Cixi, Xiangshan, and Shengsi in Zhoushan, achieving high-value utilization and reprocessing of the entire product industry chain for market launch. At the same time, the project integrates "carbon credits" and commercial innovation into a universal platform, converting plastic waste delivered by fishermen and the public into digital credits that can be exchanged for commodities, and building an innovative ecological model of sustainable resource recycling and carbon neutrality that involves the participation of all humanity and the entire ecosystem. Integrating marine environmental protection actions with fishermen's production and daily life, achieving a win-win situation of increasing fishermen's income and protecting the ocean, and promoting green development and rural revitalization in coastal areas.
Topcentral ® The environmental protection practice has been recognized by multiple parties.
