Recently, the Ningbo Ecological Environment Protection Association, Ningbo Society of Environmental Sciences, and Ningbo Ecological Environment Protection Promotion Association held their joint annual membership meeting in an innovative “three-in-one” format. Nearly 600 member representatives gathered to discuss future development. Chen Minwu, Party Leadership Group Member and Second-Level Inspector of the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment, attended the meeting to provide guidance.
At the meeting, Yin Wende, Chairman of the Ningbo Ecological Environment Protection Association, delivered the annual work report titled “Join Hands in Promoting Green Development” on behalf of the three associations. The report systematically reviewed the work and achievements of the past year. In 2025, through human resources integration, coordinated service mechanisms, and collaborative standard systems, the three associations achieved a synergistic effect of “1+1+1>3” in organizational integration. Guided by Party building, they enhanced organizational cohesion, improved comprehensive service capabilities through professional complementarity, and expanded influence through social co-governance. This has preliminarily established a multi-level, three-dimensional eco-environmental governance system, injecting green momentum into Ningbo’s high-quality development.
In 2026, the three associations will thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee. They will continue to uphold the philosophy of “Join Hands in Promoting Green Development,” closely follow the purpose of “serving the government, the industry, members, and society,” and focus on “brand deepening, targeted services, digital empowerment, and collaborative synergy.” Efforts will center on problem-solving and innovation to fully advance the high-quality development of ecological and environmental protection.
The meeting reviewed and approved amendments to the Articles of Association and optimization plans for relevant management systems. It also recognized outstanding collectives and individuals for their contributions in 2025. Among them, the Ocean Partner Volunteer Team was recognized as an Outstanding Eco-Environmental Volunteer Service Organization.
