
Recently, in accordance with the Notice on Announcing the List of Candidates for the 2025 Ningbo Leading and Top-notch Talent Training Program (Yong Ren She Han [2026] No. 24), three core talents from Ningbo Topcentral New Materials Co., Ltd., including Mr. Ma Yiming, Founder and CEO of Topcentral, have been selected for the 2025 Ningbo Leading and Top-notch Talent Training Program, covering the second and third talent tiers. Prior to this selection, another core R&D talent of the company had successfully passed the full-cycle assessment and completed the program training. To date, a total of four technical backbones from Topcentral have been enrolled in Ningbo’s leading and top-notch talent training sequence.
The Ningbo Leading and Top-notch Talent Training Program is designed to strengthen independent talent cultivation and support the city’s “520” scientific and technological innovation system construction project as well as the “361” trillion-level industrial cluster development initiative. Divided into three tiers, the program focuses on selecting outstanding young and middle-aged professional and technical talents engaged in digital industries, green petrochemicals, high-end equipment, traditional advantageous industries, and emerging & future industries. With a five-year training cycle, selected talents will receive special funding and systematic support for research capacity improvement, academic exchanges, and industry-university-research cooperation.
