We comprehensively promote the application of new technologies in green production. From the source control, the recycling of materials in urban solid waste are processed into semi-finished or finished products, such as using plastic resin instead of pure plastic materials in special equipment, so as to save energy and reduce carbon emissions. We realize the advanced technology of industrial chain processing and reuse through the marine recycling of fishing nets waste, so that its products can achieve modification breakthrough and meet the application and substitution of the textile industry. We re-process and utilize the components recovered from automobiles, achieve high performance of products through technological innovation and good processes, and continue to invest in the use and service of the automobile industry, reducing carbon emissions by more than 60 %.
Green recycling project is the core business of Topcentral. To solve the problem of waste plastics recycling, improve the utilization rate of recycled plastics, and strive to recover its characteristics through technological innovation, become a useful material, so that the modified green recycled PC material has excellent performance than shoulder new materials, and has stable and continuous performance. It effectively solves one or several problems such as poor electrical performance, mechanical properties and flame retardant properties. It breaks through the technical problem that the recycled PC plastic cannot be widely used in high-end intelligent electronic products, and makes the recycled PC material widely used in intelligent household appliances, intelligent electronics and many other fields, which is the first domestic innovation. The flowability/flame retardancy/impact strength/ tensile strength/molding cycle of exterior materials reach the international leading level.
At present, we have carried out industry-university-research cooperation with Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianjin University, Zhejiang University, Ningbo Tech University and other domestic universities and research institutes to break through the technical problems of circular economy materials.
Fly “green” dream
In《Made in China 2025》, China will focus on building green factories.
